THE BRIEF /

The Brentford Project is a transformative 11.8-acre regeneration scheme by Ballymore, creating approximately 876 new homes along Brentfords southern High Street. Designed to revitalise the area, the development seamlessly blends residential, retail, and leisure spaces, reconnecting the High Street with the waterfront.

Working alongside sales agents Johns&Co, we were involved from the early stages, undertaking market research, pricing strategy, rental yield analysis, and devising a comprehensive launch strategy. The objective was to position The Brentford Project as a vibrant, desirable community, ensuring its success from inception to launch and beyond.

THE SOLUTION /

Since launch, we have continued to provide strategic advice, driving sales and elevating the developments profile. Our involvement includes producing targeted marketing collateral, such as area guide booklets, window cards, and professional photography and videography. We create engaging social media content and manage monthly email marketing campaigns through professionally designed EDMs.

By combining research-led strategies with visually compelling assets, we have supported The Brentford Project in becoming a standout development, driving sustained growth and sales momentum in a competitive market.
