We designed and executed a comprehensive campaign centred around the concept of inviting audiences to "step behind the hoarding and explore London’s finest new homes developments with Johns&Co."
Key elements included:
Website Development: We created a dedicated New Homes webpage that serves as a central hub for showcasing all current developments. This page was designed to feature professional photography, virtual tours, and detailed descriptions, enabling seamless exploration of the available properties.
Creative Branding: Striking hoardings and bespoke 'For Sale' signs were designed to elevate visibility and intrigue at development sites, extending the campaign’s reach to passers-by.
Digital Campaigns: Geo-targeted ads, Google Ads, online banners, and social media campaigns drove traffic directly to the New Homes webpage. Portal banners and email marketing further enhanced engagement and lead generation.
Targeted Print Collateral: Customised flyers for use in marketing suites showcased rental yields and underscored Johns&Co’s expertise as the recommended agent for landlords and investors.
