Partnering with Johns&Co, the appointed sales and lettings agent, our goal was to position each phase of residential blocks as a desirable destination while supporting the development’s long-term growth and operational success.

Our collaboration has spanned every stage of the development, with a strong focus on the successful launch and management of each residential block and fostering a vibrant community. We provided strategic consultancy through in-depth market research, pricing strategies, launch plans, and competitor analysis, ensuring every block’s successful entry into the market. Alongside this, we developed a dual strategy to drive new home sales while supporting Johns&Co in managing the newly sold apartments, now part of their portfolio of over 3,000 properties across London.
We created tailored marketing materials, including tenant demographic documents, area guides, and evolving sales brochures, while managing monthly email marketing campaigns and social media content to maintain engagement and build a sense of community. Our support extended to launch events for each phase, encouraging connection among residents, and to the development of Johns&Co’s flagship onsite office, including custom signage, floating digital displays, and a content management system for weekly campaigns.
In addition, we secured PR coverage in key property publications and are currently developing a multi-platform campaign for the office’s early 2025 launch.
